HOW LONG DOES A CUSTOM ORDER TAKE?

It all starts with an idea. There is no set time for creating that idea into something that works for you. Once the idea is finalized, it often takes 3-4 weeks for the item to be completed. You are kept updated the entire time.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESPOND TO MESSAGES?

I try to respond to all messages with 24 hours (excluding holidays) but typically recommend allowing me up to 72 hours to respond.

HOW DO YOU SHIP ITEMS?

Items are generally shipped within 24-48 hours after payment is received (excluding holidays). Once payment is received, you receive tracking information. Shipping is done via USPS or UPS - whichever is the cheaper option for you. If you have a preference, please be sure to let me know.

DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of this craft, I do NOT offer a warranty. However, if you experience an issue, please reach out. I’m happy to work with you to find a reasonable solution.

HOW DO I WASH MY ITEM?

Typically I recommend spot cleaning as needed on handmade items. Lay flat or hang to dry. Some items; such as plushies, quilts, etc., may be washed in a washing machine on the delicate cycle. It is still recommended to lay flat or hang for drying.

DO YOU HAVE ANIMALS?

I do!! Having been a NYS Licensed Veterinarian Technician for ten years, I have a very soft spot for animals. I currently have a Golden Retriever, four rescue kitties and a rescue bearded dragon. Although I do my best to ensure the items made and shipped are fur free, I can NOT guarantee this. Please keep that in mind if you have allergies.
